healthy and fun ways to beat the winter blues.

I love winter.the thought of snuggling up is wonderful.biggest concern is our health at this time.what to eat and what to drink and what do we wear?well for starters,i love layering my clothes,as the weather changes i will iether add or take off.As for keeping  healthy,i love exercising first thing in the morning.but before i start i have 2 glasses of water. 1 hour after my workout i have fresh fruit,cereal and my coffee.everything in moderation.i am 50 years old and love to think of myself as beiang very fit and healthy.
